Garage door rails twisted and the door stuck half open. Technician arrived during the scheduled time. Was efficient and polite. Did what he could to keep the costs down. Unfortunately I also had to replace the garage door opener. He showed me the cracked gear. All the work done was clearly explained why it was needed. Thanks for your great service! Our door was rusted out on the sides and their technician was able to replace the necessary parts, including the bottom panel of the door so that now it works great! Tech came by the house today, fixed up the door quickly, replacing the spring and noticing some fraying in one of the wires. He gave some good advice on what my next steps might be with replacing the opener as the unit is older unit. Great communication.
